For us to achieve and support our vision within local communities, Omnia Community comprises of a team whose values and beliefs are designed with local communities in mind, making a difference and helping to create change and bring communities closer together through physical activity.

Our coaches at Omnia Community are a result of the career opportunities delivered by Creative Sport & Leisure, who are part of the CSL Group along with Omnia Community. These training programmes form part of our apprenticeship and traineeship models and are delivered by highly trained and skilled Coach Educators and Tutors from their respective industries. Within this journey, our coaches are also given the opportunity to add industry qualifications which enhance their knowledge, experience and development.
